Hi,
Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?
1. The company announced a change to its dividend policy, in that it will pay its dividend going forward quarterly instead of annually as it does presently.
2. I don’t think it ever happened because if it had happened we would have known about it in no time.
3. Wow, I wish that happened to me, I would have been on cloud nine.
