Sentences and grammar check please

Can someone check these sentences for me please?

I was trying to use and understand the word “Motivate” property.


Example.

I won’t buy it unless I am motivated by the price.

I won’t buy it unless the price is motivated.

If the price is cheap enough to motivate me, I will buy it.
