1.Our engineers have carrying out further investigations into this complex issue and have discovered that the pipes are buried into the ground, which makes them hard to fix.
2.They have cut a hole into the riser cupboard, but unfortunately, they cannot get to the pipes because of the concrete slabs. They have come up with a temporary solution whereas they will run copper pipes from the riser cupboard into the building to generate hot water.
3.Unfortunately, they won't be able to do that today because the parts have been orderd. But they will return in the morning. Hopefully, the hot water will be back tomorrow.
4.We thank you for your patience and understand whilst we resolve this issue.
