They have turned off the hot water to the building, because they believe the leak was causing the low system pressure in the development.
They have checked the boilers and heat exchangers all seem to be working fine now.
The rest of the buildings should have hot water now.
The engineers have advised us that they may require a specialist contractor to fix the damaged section of the pipework.
We understand that residents at Paisley Court will be affected by this.
We will do our utmost to ensure that the issue is resolved as soon as possible
