Are the following sentences correct?

1.Before the bins started piling up, I was rotating them every morning. We have two types of bins in the bin room.

2.The green bins are for the recycling waste. The grey bins are for the general waste.

3.The recycling bins were already full, so the residents had no option but to leave their recycling waste on the floor. Also, there are bulky items in the bin room, which have been booked for collection prior to the industrial strike.

4.The current issue that we have in the development has nothing to do with the bin rotation. If the council had collected the bins, we would not have been in this situation.
