It could be eatery's or eateries', but the word does not seem very appropriate, as it is more often used to refer to a small, cheap restaurant. I also fail to see how expertise in cooking will aid in the improvement of restaurant decor.

An eatery in the US is a very casual, informal restaurant. An eatery does not serve haute cuisine, but "Blue Plate Specials."
