Could you correct the following sentences?
The education system doesn't provide the link between student's skills and the interest they have in their future jobs.
There is a mismatch between what employers need with what the education system gives to them as future skilled workers.
They could join this iniciative giving more opportunities to do an internship in their companies.
We should implement improvements in the educational system which changes the situation and makes the tendency change to the place we need: students prepared to face to the real environment in which they'll be involved in their close future.
