Sentences

Is this sentence correct?

should your qualifications BE not suitable for the position, we will stop progressing WITH your application.

or should i say:

should your qualifications ARE not suitable for the position, we will stop progressing with your application.

I would also like to know if the word WITH is appropriately used, or shoul i just remove it?

If the above sentences are kind of vague, can you suggest a better one? However, I would like to use the same style: with SHOULD as the first word in the sentence.

THANKS!!! Hoping for your timely response.
