2. My next-door neighbor works in the seafood section [at/in] the supermarket.

3. The last person to open a box with a red ballon wins a ticket to Malibu.

I would say say "of the supermarket" in #2.
"Balloon" is the spelling in #3.

Is this correct? I think it's correct but a comma is a must.

Perhaps "of" is a regionalism. "At" is certainly correct.
