Hi! Would someone check, if possibile, if these sentences are translated correctly from Italian? Thank you and please excuse my bad English.

1. Sono stato molto occupato ultimamente, per cui non gli ho potuto scrivere. Penso che lo farò domani.
1. I've been very busy recently, so I couldn't write to him. I think I'll do it tomorrow.

2. Se avesse riflettuto un po' di più, sicuramente non avrebbe commesso quel terribile errore.
2. If he had thought it over a bit more, certainly he wouldn't have committed that terrible mistake.

3. Non sono abituato a parlare, preferisco agire.
3. I'm not used to talk, I prefer to act.

4. Penso che dovresti metterti a studiare: stai al computer da ore.
4. I think you should start studying: you've been on the computer for hours.

5. Lavoravamo solo da pochi giorni quando il nostro datore di lavoro ci diede un aumento.
5. We had been working only since few days when our employer gave us a rise in wages.

6. Cosa farai a Natale? Penso che resterò a casa. Mi è sempre piaciuto il Natale in famiglia.
6. What are you going to do on Christmas? I think I'll stay at home. I've always liked family Christmas.

7. Se non la smetti di rispondermi così, ti darò uno schiaffo. Non farmi arrabbiare.
7. If you don't stop answer me like this, I'll slap you. Don't make me cross.

8. Tutti pensano che Titanic sia un film commovente, ma a me fa ridere.
