Sentence with perhaps and a question mark at the end

Dear Users,

In the following sentence:

Perhaps you don't value my words and think that I know nothing about your profession?

1) Is it OK to end the sentence with a question mark if we want to imply a certain sense of doubt?

2) Is it necessary to add another personal pronoun after and?and you think...

3) Shouldn't there be a comma before and? If there was another personal pronoun there, the sentence could work on its own.

Thanks
