Sentence with 'if not the most'

hello, my english is not so good.. but i want to make some sentences with pharase "if not the most", "if not the best."

i googled them to see if i have a luck to find some phrases but its really hard though.

please someone give me a few sentences with this

by the way -the cars are the ones,if not the most, that offer comportable travel among the existing ground transportation.-- is this gramatically correct?
