Sentence Verification.

Hi there guys,

A little bit of background information before I ask you guys to check the sentence below. I was talking to a friend on msn and I wrote something that I wanted to type out all over again but I thought it'd be pretty lame, so instead this is what I wrote:

*I could say what i said up there all over again, but that'd be pretty lame!*

Is it grammatically correct?

Thanks.

I'd say that if you capitalize the second "i," it will be grammatically correct. I'm not sure if "that'd" is a recognized contraction, but I'll vote for it. I'm sure someone will be happy to Google it for you.
