Sentence using "FANBOYS" and subordinates

Everytime I take a test, I drink tons of coffee and stay up all night, although I don't always do so well, but this time I'm going to go to bed early.

Or

Everytime I take a test, I drink tons of coffee and stay up all night, but I don't always do so well, but this time I'm going to go to bed early.

I'm not sure whether using but twice in a sentence is acceptible or not. If neither works, suggest one using this sentence. Thanks in advance.

Ahh okay. Could you explain why there shouldn't be a comma between two independent clauses (if they are independent clauses)?

Because there are punctuation rules.Though they are two different sentences you continue it with so.If you put a comma after but you wil see that it will seem so odd.
