Sentence type

Hello, I read a sentence similar to the following, and I wonder if it's a special type of sentence.

' The kitchen was painted, the table was set and the meal was presented with all the efficiency of an army exercise.'

If I am reading this correctly, it seems to consist of three simple sentences and a phrase.

Simple sentences:

The kitchen was painted

The table was set

The meal was presented

Adverbial phrase?

with all the efficiency of an army exercise.

Thanks
