1. What do you usually do on weekends?

What do you usually do during weekends?

What do you usually do during the weekend?

What do you usually do during the weekends?

2. She has a very complex history?

She had a very complex history?

3. Can't find anyone worth settling down with. Or

Can't find anyone worth settling down for. What's the difference between the two?

4. What kind of business would they be interested in? Or

What kind of business will they be interested in? What's the difference between the two?

4. The future (will) is a little more definite in possibility than the conditional (would). Either works in many cases.
