sentence transformation

hello,

could you help me to finish the given sentences , they should be similar in meaning to the sentences printed before. The given parts are in black.

We must think about ways of improving the transport system.
Thought must be taken about ways of improving the transport system.

It was the challange more than the money that appealed to me about the job.
It wasn't so that it was the money rather than the challenge that appealed to me about the job.

I certainly wan't be promoted this year.
There is no question .......................

Thought must be taken about ways of improving the transport system.

I think "thought must be given" is what I'm more likely to hear than "thought must be taken."
Also, consider "to improve" rather than "of improving."
