Sentence that makes some doubts

Could you tell me please if the sentence I showed is correct or not?
Traditionally, preparation of beer includes next stages: malt is handled with mashing and filtration processes followed by wort boiling with hop, which is subsequently removed from material, and its clarifying, when the initial temperature of fermentation is achieved, wort is exposed by two types of fermentation changed by clarifying and packaging.

Thank you very much for your reply but I think some of the modifications in the sentence changed the order of the processes. Could you explain me please why you used "the" before "preparation". I meant that these steps include preparation of all beer but not specific one.

Yes, you are right it is awkward. I like your version more but I still feel that the order of processes is a little bit different.
