Sentence Structure with "since"

I have a question concerning sentences using since. My understanding is that since has to be used with the present perfect, and I would like to know if the sentences below are correct.

1. Don't take a PCR test until 90 days have passed since the positive results came out.

In this sentence (1) I have constructed my sentence the way that it should be constructed when using since; that is, I have the present perfect and then since in a clause in the past tense. I think I am correct. (?)

2. Don't take a PCR test for 90 days from the date you received your positive results.

Here, I am using for and from. Is this sentence correct? Does it carry the same meaning as sentence # 1?

3. Don't take a PCR test for 90 days until 90 days pass from the date of your positive results.

Here I am using my sentences solely in the present tense. Is this sentence correct?

Please let me know if there is a mistake in any of my sentences.
