I'm trying to say that I won't work for the current wage and unless I get an increased salary compensation.Will this work:  Unless an increase in salary is compensated.Thanks!

I'm not sure but I think you're trying to say: I won't work unless I get a rise in pay!

This is not correct.

The use of 'unless' means that this is a subordinate clause. In other words, it is not a correct and complete sentence.

It makes no sense to say 'an increase . . . is compensated'.

An increase may, for example, be given or offered or accepted.

A person is compensated.

In my opinion, the use of the passive voice here makes your demand sound weak.
