Sentence structure: position of the word "all"

Hi everyone!

Which sentence is correct:

A) We all can swim.

B) We can all swim.

I'd go for B, but I'm not sure. Or can you even say it either way?

Man: "Who can swim?"

Group: "We can all swim." or "We all can."
