sentence structure inquiry

Hi all

As my name indicated , I am an ESL.

I would like to ask for opinions from my fellows teachers and student about the following sentences.

is this sentence making any sense at all ?

I am writing for my cover letter , is this sentences placed in a appropriated context?

Appreciate in advance.

" The second one is more everyday language, but for me personally it still seems too grand and overblown for most purposes. When you say "cover letter" do you mean in relation to a job application? If so, I would not make any reference to your "sincerity" at all.
