Sentence structure

Hi!

I've got 2 questions:
1. Does this sentence make sense?
"XYZ International’s values like, respect, acceptance, trust, tolerance and fairness represent the right basis for a successful and innovative company"

2. Which one is correct?

"XYZ International’s values"

or

"XYZ Internationals values"

Sort of, and the first comma should be deleted. If the company has values like those, I would like to know what they are. I think you mean that the values that you name belong to them. I don't think that the values "represent" a basis. I don't see how any of those values would contribute to innovativeness. You should
