2. There are at least two ways you can use to promote your business online for free.

OK, but I would prefer "in at least two ways" to "at least in two ways."

That's also OK, but "you can use" is redundant.

I used to think "for free" was a bit horrible (still do to some extent), but I probably it has to be accepted informally now. I think I even find myself saying it sometimes. I wouldn't use it in formal contexts though.
