Sentence structure

"The sentiments expressed in the tweets regarding political issues can be as accurate a measure as is found with traditional telephone surveys."

In this sentence, I wonder if 'found' can be placed between 'be' and 'as'. Such as, "The sentiments expressed in the tweets regarding political issues can be found as accurate a measure as is with traditional ~".

If not, could you explain why it can't be placed there?
