Sentence Structure:

A wildlife expert predicts that the reintroduction of the caribou into nothern Mnesota would fail if the timber wolf population density in that region is greater than one wolf for every 39 square miles.

Is the sentence structure ok? English language experts please give your views. Also please let me know if there are any grammatical errors.

Other than your novel spelling of Minnesota, the sentence is fine. A four-noun compound is unusual, but possible. Actually, you could get away with omitting "density" if you wanted to because that's clear from the rest of the sentence.
