Sentence structure!

pls check the following sentence. i want to know that it is using for only conservation or writing the letter. and then which is more polite to say?

" Days went by, i didnt do anything yet till now"
" days went by , I couldnt prepare anything yet"

While you've come to the English forum, I presume that you want to improve your English.
If so, you need to learn to write your questions and contents in full spelling and capitalize properly. i.e.I'd like to know for converstaion and writing purpose.....

More properly it should be " days went by,I haven't done anything yet till now"
