Hello Teachers,
Would you please verify if the following paragraph is grammatically correct? Do you suggest any change in the paragraph?
The new slogan--"If it ain't broke, improve it"-- perfectly fits for our competitive marketplace. In the software field, software developers or engineers often refactor the code in order to improve the performance of the system, and introduce new techniques and technologies. Hence, even if the system is not broken, continuous changes are made into the system. The most important thing is one should make sure the new change shouldn't introduce any new trouble in the existing system.

Sorry, if the explanation is bit off the discussion. Refactoring is a process of making an ineffecient code into an efficient code that would improve the performance of the system , and meet the QOS-Quality of Service-requirements. Besides, I don't do any of these jobs, but have a little understanding about the field of technlogy.

I realize I forgot to mention an important thing. Most of the jobs that have been moved from USA to India are customer support jobs where a call from an American consumer will be attended by a person from India.
