SENTENCE STRUCTURE

Would you please verify if the following sentence is grammatically correct and punctuations are properly used?

You are right about USAuto's concern about the patent rights. The immediate solution that comes into my mind is "trust", and when two businesses have an alliance in manufacturing a product or delivering a service , I think, both businesses should have some sort of trust on each other, having rigid business contracts and patent laws.
