Sentence starting in past tense

Please tell which ones of the below are correct:

1) I thought you are not going to come.
2) I thought you were not going to come.
3) I thought you will not going to come.

Please explain which ones are correct and why.Your help will be much appreciated.

# 3 is not grammatical at all. So it's scratched of the list. # 2 makes better sense than # 1. Scenario: We talked about the party at my house few day

Scenario: We talked about the party at my house few days back and you were not sure if you were able to make it.
One day before the party I am talking to my same friend and saying "I thought you will not going to come to tomorrow's party". Party will be tomorrow and we are talking about this a day before. Earlier we had talked

2 problems: your friend still did not commit to coming, did he? And "Will not going" - is not grammatical English.
