sentence: rolling head and shoulder girdle

Hello.
I need some help with this sentence. Can you explain it with more details? It's from a Pilates exercise:

Pulling arms to sides while rolling head and shoulder girdle off floor.

Does it mean that the head and sg are moving separately from the floor to a specific direction (right or left)?

Top answer

It's not well expressed, but it appears to say keep your arms flat on the floor while rolling head and s/g left and right.
