Sentence Review.

A) 'Although I said that, really I wanted to bite his hand off at the offer.'

B) 'Although I said that; really I wanted to bite his hand off at the offer.'

C) 'Although I said that; really, I wanted to bite his hand off at the offer.'

I don't like too many commas, but I'd actualy suggest a comma after "really" as well as after the subordinate clause.
