Sentence questions

I am not sure if thess sentences are right or not in terms of their grammar, word choice, and semantics. If you find something wrong, please help me edit them. Thank you very much.


1. A really native speaker should be defined as a person who can not only master listening and speaking part but also good at reading and writing part.

2. A will is always referred to as a kind of determination that all volunteers are expected to have can enable their organization to be forward-looking.

3. South Korean’s politicians have a grander vision of how they can improve their country’s power than Taiwan’s contemporaries. This disparity is worrying most Taiwan’s people.
