Sentence questions
I am not sure if these sentence sare right or not in terms of their grammar, word choice, and semantics. If you find something wrong, please help me edit them. Thank you very much.
1.Take Analects of Confucius for example. In spite of the fact I read it word by word and understood them literally, its content didn’t resonate with me because I couldn’t make a deep connection with Confucius’s complicated thoughts and hidden connotations in his book.
2.There is no need for me to spend much time taxing brain thinking about the content of an article as I always did in my serious reading.
