I am not sure whether these sentences make sense in term of grammar and semantics.

Can you give me a hand with checking them

1. It wasn't until the college provided me with an opportunity of an internship that I got to know how to interview and write news releases.

2. It is made-to-order garments that enable me to exhibit my own taste different from others.

3. No matter what clothes tailors design is sutiable for me.

4.The way letting adolescents make a curcial decision themselves helps them to develop the sense of responsibility.

5. Now that immigrants decide to leave their own motherland and settle in other countries permanently, they had better integrate themselves into a new society whose culture is so different from their own, which helps them adapt to a new milieu.

6. When she moved to America, she started to change her attitude toward identifing the customs of America.
