Sentence questions

Hello, 

I am not sure whether the four sentences make sense in term of grammar and semantics.

Can you give me a hand with checking them

1. Students, who drive cars to the university, will have to spend a great deal of time to look for a place to park. It can be waste of their time.

2. A business center at a university helps our country’s various industries to create many job opportunities.

3.Expers at the business center know what can be invested in specific areas. A large shopping center, for example, can be built in Taipei County because residents living in there have to travel long distances to buy things.

4. A business center at a university helps to rebuild up a strong foundation of our economy
