Sentence problem with should have

Hello,

Which of these sentences is grammatically correct? Kindly help.

1. The first thing he should've uttered was her name; instead he called out for his father.

2. Her name should've been the first thing he should've uttered; instead he called out for his father.

3. The first thing he uttered should've been her name; instead he called out for his father.

3. The first thing he uttered should've been her name; instead he called out for his father.


(It is not whether 'he should or should not have uttered' (as in 1) , but when he did utter something, it's what he should have said.)
