could anybody teach me how to use this sentence pattern?

please tell me what the “go” below mean?

Please tell when we should use "here",when we should use "there".

There goes the bell. --> The bell is heard in the distance, so we use "there". It means that the bell is starting to ring. We can hear it, but we cannot see it.


There goes the thief. --> The thief is running away, so we use

When observing movement, use Here comes for motion toward you and There goes for motion away from you.

If there is no motion, There goes ... may imply that you have just heard something.
