Sentence order

How do we say:

He went to the park with his family.

He went with his family to the park.

Are both correct?

Does anyone know of a list of natural-sounding order of modification [where, when, with thom, how, etc.]? I think I used to have one that was fairly accurate, but I have no idea where it is now.
