Sentence or fragment?

Hi,
Is "Thank God!" a sentence?

(My opinion is that it could be interpreted as imperative, but I don't hear it that way. Perhaps "Let us thank God!")

Thanks,

- A.

What the heck is going on with the light bulbs replacing the word (I)?-- As often happens, you must open the brackets by at least one space around certain letters, and your cap I (however you made that!) is one of them. Where did you get that cap I, anyway?
