Sentence Mood

Hi,

If someone sent me an email which stated:

1. "Wayne, did you not remember what we spoke about?"

versus

2. "Did you not remember what we spoke about, Wayne?"

Is the structure in the #2 example above express more dissatisfaction? With pause of the comma followed by name, and I read it as more personal.
