Sentence meaning question

I am studying Travel and Tourism.
I am quite not understand the meanings of underline sentences in the following...

Culture with a price tag:
Culture costs altering locally promoted ceremonial or traditional values to suit tourists' preferences.
The pursuit of economic gain is conducted at the expenses of cultural breakdown.

Antagolism:
Employees relate this to the difference between their own lifestyles and that enjoy by the tourists.
