Is it right to say:
dear
thanks a lot, but i don't know if it was the right time to read this, although it is very true, but i think it's theoretical.

I received a wisdom from a friend, and would like to tell her that it's very true but not applicable !

I'm still not sure what "this is not the right time to read this" means, and I think by "wisdom," you mean advice.
