Sentence Meaning

"Short-term objectives and action plans that more usefuly personal and group roles in a firm's strategies and are also measurable, realistic, and challenging can be powerful motivators of managerial performance—particularly when these objectives are linked to the firm's reward structure."

I have tough time in parsing the above sentence ,and I parase the sentence as following. Please advise.
