Sentence interpretation

How are these sentences interpreted?
1. Attached is a file with the slides for tomorrow. (Does that mean that the file is the slides or contains the slides?)
2. Send a document that lists the classes you have taken. (Does 'a document that lists' mean the same as 'a document that has the list of classes you have taken?)
