Sentence inquiry

My mother taught me about the power if inspiration and courage, and she did it with 'a' strength and 'a' passion that I wish could be bottled.

Are the both (a's) required in that sentence?

Since you have modified them (that I wish could be bottled), you must use them. Sorry, I should have been more explicit earlier. Without the modification, they should be omitted.
