Thanks. That is what I thought.

I was just wondering is it is grammatically correct to say 'needed' at the end even though it does not sound the best choice?

I think 'needed' at the is also possible, but maybe 'need' is better. Is what I said correct?

The time frame of the sentence is present (Is there anything...), so the best form is "need." You are asking about what the person needs now, not what they needed at some time in the past.
