Sentence idea?

Hi! everyone.Could you tell me which sentences I can say in this situation?
If I want to say to somebody that he don't touch this specific thing?
Can I say these (suppose that specific thing is knife)
1-Let this knife be where it is.
2-Leave this knife where it is.
Please tell me are the above correct? Actually I want to use "let" in it, Could you tell me the best sentences for it?
