'(Sentence), I guess.' Structure

Hello Teachers,

I have come across with this sentence structure and would like to know if it is grammatical.

It sounds ungrammatical to me because there are two independent clauses connected by just a comma.

Example,

1. You have to cook it in an oven, I guess.
2. It has nothing to do with Biology, I guess.
3. She's dating Jake, I guess.

Thank you so much!

Thanks for your reply Clive!

Does it mean that the structure I have mentioned is only used for casual chatting?
Can we still consider it as ungrammatical?

Thanks again!
