Also, is expenses the correct word, as if I am the one to pay my tuition fees.

No. I just had a scholarship from my country

So only the word 'at' is possible?

Yes.

We don't normally use the word 'sponsored' if you have a scholarship. We just say 'I have a scholarship'.
eg I no longer have a scholarship so I have to study the last semester at my own expense.

Thanks. And what about if the place I work at are paying my tuition fees to get a higher degree. What word would be used: sponsored or fellowship?
0
In that situation, I'd say 'sponsored'.

Got it. And what is fellowship, I have always wondered about that?

Got it. Thanks. And what is fellowship exactly? I have always wondered what it exactly means!

Think of it as like a scholarship for post-gradate work in research or/and teaching.
